Founding Governor
Dr. Ahsan Rajput (Academic, Jurist & Writer) is a prominent scholar of ‘International Law’, Constitutional Jurisdrudence & International ADR. He is fellow of Lauderpacth Centre of International Law – University of Cambridge, fellow of BIICL-UK, fellow of Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Relations-UK), member of Lincolns Inn, and founding partner of CONSUS Chambers UK.
His career spans over three decades, initially as Investment Manager to couple of largest financial multi-corporations, and later in the field of law, wherein, he is visiting faculty to numerous prominent academic institutions. He is a foreign examiner to a number of universities for their PhD candidates. During his working lifetime he has been founding member of quite a few Non-Profit Organizations. In his capacity as Legal & Legislative Adviser, Dr. Rajput has served State of Pakistan on numerous occasions in last two and a half decades. He has represented in number of International treaty matters of different countries in LCIA, ICC, ICSID etc.
His areas of interest include Constitutional Jurisprudence, International law, Legislative & Governance Reforms, International Relations and Political Economy.

Dr. Khaula Walayat is a stalwart advocate for human rights, particularly for the marginalized segments of society, including women and children. With a multidisciplinary background spanning education, economics, and climate change, she has devoted her career to effecting meaningful change at both policy and grassroots levels. Having collaborated with prestigious institutions such as UNDP, SANGAT Foundation, HRCP, and AWP, Dr. Walayat has been instrumental in shaping initiatives the empower communities and advance social justice. Her leadership roles within AWP and the Social Democratic Forum in Pakistan underscore her commitment to fostering inclusive and progressive societies. Having Doctorate in Applied Economics and post Docs in climate change and International Affairs, Dr. Walayat brings a nuanced understanding to her endeavors, navigating complex issues with insight and integrity. Her tenure as Marketing Director at Wanze Diagnostic reflects her ability to blend business acumen with a strong sense of social responsibility.
As an educator, Dr. Walayat’s impact extends beyond the classroom. Through two decades of teaching at various Pakistani universities, she has inspired countless individuals to become agents of positive change, promoting entrepreneurship and societal welfare among the youth.
Currently, Dr. Walayat’s focus on climate justice in Sweden and her efforts to combat femicide in Europe demonstrate her unwavering dedication to addressing pressing global challenges.

Shani Rehman is a dedicated individual currently pursuing a degree at UTS Sydney, Australia, while simultaneously contributing significantly to the realm of law and justice. As an integral part of a federal agency, Shani plays a crucial role in imposing legal actions and collaborating with solicitors to facilitate the collection of debts, ensuring legal compliance and fair procedures.
Beyond professional commitments, Shani is a passionate advocate for human rights, with a particular focus on child protection, women’s empowerment, and social justice. Believing in the power of inclusivity and progressiveness, Shani actively works towards fostering a society that values equality, justice, and compassion. Through various initiatives and engagements, Shani strives to create awareness, advocate for policy changes, and support initiatives that promote a more inclusive and equitable world.
